Last month, we prepared a special delivery for our partners in South America—a 70-square-meter outdoor P3.9 LED wall, destined for the vibrant atmosphere of Venezuela. This was far more than just a shipment; it was a complete visual solution built for a specific stage. We understand that events there demand not only stunning visuals but also real toughness to handle the outdoors.

Two panels, One Seamless P3.9 outdoor LED Wall

The screen was built around two main players: 28㎡ of AC-50 Type C LED panels and 42㎡ of AC-100 Type C LED panels. Why Type C? Because they’re the ultimate multi-taskers. Whether the design calls for a straight backdrop, a smooth curve, or a sharp 90-degree corner, these LED panels can handle it. This flexibility is a dream for live designers. With a 7680Hz refresh rate, even the fastest dance moves look buttery smooth on camera.

The Invisible Guardian: AOB Technology

Behind the bright visuals is our focus on not breaking down. Every panel uses our AOB process—Admixture On Board. Think of it as a tough protective seal poured around each LED. It locks the lamps in place, fighting off shakes, heat, and humidity. The real win? Fewer dead pixels and solder failures. For our client, that means less downtime and lower repair bills. No one wants tech troubles when the show must go on.

Everything for a Smooth Show

A reliable LED wall is more than just panels. We included Nova VX600 processors and transmitters to keep the signal rock-solid. Twenty-six 500mm combo beams made setup quick and secure. We also packed a comprehensive spare parts kit—extra modules, power supplies, and receiver cards. Our goal was to send a true “worry-free toolkit.”
