SMD1212 LEDs and a 4-layer PCB deliver consistent color, deep blacks, and smooth gradients. The GOB protection layer resists impact during transport and assembly, keeping pixels safe in fast-paced rental cycles.

Deployment Efficiency and Reliability

Each 500 × 500 mm cabinet is engineered for quick builds and precise alignment. Shangwen aviation plugs and standard touring connectors support repeated rig-up/tear-down schedules. The wide-voltage power supply accommodates diverse South American grids, while NovaStar A5S ensures rapid mapping, uniformity correction, and remote diagnostics. The shading strip further enhances perceived contrast in mixed lighting conditions.
